How it works

From vehicle approach
to authorized exit — in seconds.

Six stages, orchestrated by the central cabinet. The entry barrier lifts after the access check; the exit barrier only after payment or a subscription.

Vehicle detection
A sensor or camera detects the car arriving at the entry barrier.

ANPR recognition
The camera reads the licence plate at 99% accuracy. The plate replaces the ticket.

Access check
The system checks the lists (white/black), the zone, the subscription and the grace period.

Entry barrier opens
When access is granted, the barrier lifts in 1.8 seconds. The display greets the driver.

Fee calculation
At exit, the system calculates the fee by zone and session duration.

Payment and exit
The customer pays (card, QR, cash or app) and receives a fiscal receipt. Only then does the exit barrier lift.

A car park can be split logically into independent zones, each with its own rate, grace period, access list and rules. Useful for large car parks with VIP, staff or visitor zones, and for multi-site operators.

The web cabinet runs on your on-premises server or in the cloud. Operators see everything in real time: active sessions, live cameras, barriers, payments, alerts, reports.

Customers choose
how they prefer to pay.

One fiscal backend, several payment channels. Whichever method is chosen issues an MEV fiscal receipt under Moldovan law.

Bank card
At the pay terminal in the car park or right at the camera. Visa, MasterCard, contactless.
Cash
At the automatic terminal with a banknote acceptor and change. Fiscal receipt on the spot.
QR self-service
The customer scans the QR at their space, pays from the phone, gets the receipt by email/SMS.
Mobile app
Fast payment with a saved method, extend without returning to the car, history.
Subscription
Automatic monthly/yearly debit. Subscribers do nothing on each session.
External integrations
Webhooks to third-party payment apps, online booking, e-wallets.
Fiscal compliance

A fiscal receipt is issued automatically for every payment, integrated with MEV SFS. Online transmission to the State Tax Service, local backup, re-issue on request. ISFiscalCloud S003.

A unique QR code is mounted at every parking space. The customer scans it with the phone camera (from the browser or the app), sees the duration, pays and gets the receipt through the preferred channel.

We are not tied to a manufacturer. We integrate any parking equipment — barrier, ANPR camera, terminal, display, sensor — provided we receive a test sample and the technical documentation (communication protocol, API, specifications).

ANPR / LPR cameras
Cameras from different manufacturers (e.g. Dahua, Hikvision). Protocols: ONVIF, HTTP push, the manufacturer's API.
Automatic barriers
Barriers from any manufacturer, driven by dry contact, Wiegand, RS485 or TCP/IP.
Payment terminals
With card (contactless/chip), cash, fiscal receipt issuing.
LED / LCD displays
Free-space count, custom messages, payment status. P5–P10 LED or outdoor LCD.
Space sensors

How does ANPR recognition work?
The ANPR camera reads the licence plate at 99% accuracy, and the system immediately checks the white/black lists, the zone, the subscription and the grace period; when access is granted, the entry barrier lifts in 1.8 seconds.
Can I run the system without paper tickets?
Yes. Access is handled by ANPR recognition, and the customer pays by card, cash at the terminal, by QR from the phone or in the app — the licence plate replaces the ticket.
Can I connect the equipment I already have?
Yes — we integrate any parking equipment (ANPR camera, barrier, terminal, display, sensor) once we receive a test sample and the technical documentation. We develop the driver, then install and test on site.
Can I manage several car parks from one place?
Yes. Operators with several car parks manage them centrally from one cabinet, with consolidated finances; each car park can be split into zones with their own rates, access lists and rules.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Bank card (Visa, MasterCard, contactless), cash at the automatic terminal with change, QR self-service, mobile app and a subscription with automatic debit. Every method issues an MEV fiscal receipt.
Is there an API for third-party integration?
Yes. The cabinet exposes a REST API, and webhooks send events to third-party payment apps, online booking and e-wallets.
Is the data hosted locally or in the cloud?
The web cabinet runs on your on-premises server or in the cloud. In the on-premises variant all the intelligence runs locally, with no internet dependency for critical operations; backup is daily, with a tested restore.
How is the fiscal receipt issued?
Automatically, for every payment, through the MEV SFS integration (ISFiscalCloud S003): online transmission to the State Tax Service, local backup and re-issue on request.
