When is the payment made?
At exit, before the exit barrier lifts. The system calculates the fee by zone and session duration, and the customer pays by card, cash at the pay station, by QR from the phone or in the app. The MEV fiscal receipt is issued automatically for every payment. Subscribers do not pay on every passage: the subscription counts as payment.
What happens at entry?
A sensor or camera detects the car, the ANPR camera reads the plate, and the system checks the white and black lists, the zone, the subscription and the grace period. When access is granted, the entry barrier lifts in 1.8 seconds and the display greets the driver. The licence plate replaces the ticket.
Who intervenes manually?
The operator does not have to: everything happens in a few seconds, orchestrated by the central cabinet. The operator sees active sessions, live cameras, barriers, payments and alerts on the dashboard, and every manual action is kept in the audit log.
